  • Otto Mulligan's Irish Stout

    Stout - American

    Named for our brewers good ole' Irish grandfather, this stout is brewed in the style of Guinness. This stout's recipe uses black patent and chocolate malt. It also features Six Row Brew barley. This unique barley is produced on our family farm by neighbor, Lyndon Kerns.

    4.8% ABV 47 IBU

  • Scream'n Eagle American Lager

    Lager - American

    Screamin' Eagle is a premium American lager, named for the 173rd Fighter Wing stationed at Kingsley Field. With a smooth, crisp finish, this golden beer is a great one to try if you're sampling micro-brews for the first time.

    ABV 4.5% IBU 20

  • Improvisor IPA

    IPA - American

    Brewed especially for the "hop heads" of the world, the old-style India Pale Ale has over 4 pounds of hops per barrel of beer. Developed in England, this style of beer was shipped to troops in India in the 1700s. The intense hopping helped preserve the beer for the long journey.

  • White Pelican Porter

    Porter - Other

    Train porters around the turn of the century in England invented this style of beer. The porters would meet at the pub after work and mix Irish Stout with a Pale ale to create a slightly more mild dark beer.

    Red Ale - Irish

    This unique red ale is brewed with a combination of pale and crystal malts. Our Head Brewer, former pro bull rider, Rod Kucera, dedicates this beer to the men and women who rodeo across the nation.

    Red Ale - American Amber / Red

    Originally introduced as an American Beer Month (July) offering, this classic Amber Ale style is around all year long. Recipe comprised of Northwest grown and malted barley plus Willamette, Northern Brewer, and Cascade hops.
